Elite Swim Camp / Sharm Al Shaikh
Camp Details
Piranha Swim Elite Training Camp is designed and implemented by our Piranha Swim Team Staff to take swimmers to the next level of performance by focusing on a progressive stroke technique session while adding an elite-level pool training session each day. The techniques sessions will include competitive stroke progressions in all strokes, starts and turns, racing prep, and video analysis. The training component will incorporate the learned techniques with a high-level energy system-based training program to prepare the swimmer for excellence in the summer season. In addition, this camp will expose swimmers to whole person performance expectations outside the pool. Whole person performance includes daily dryland and flexibility program as well as sports psychology, nutrition, and leadership lectures.
Eligibility
This camp is recommended for Male & Female swimmers 10-16 years of age. Swimmers will be expected to maintain daily training volume of at least 4,500 meters per training session and 8,000 meters of daily swimming.
Daily Schedule
Camp begins on January 3rd and ends on January 13th.
Camp Lodging
Campers will reside in Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort in Sharm Al Shaikh, Egypt. Which is 25 minutes away from the Olympic Village pool. Each room can accommodate two campers with a single bed for every camper.
All rooms feature tiled floors and flat-screen TVs. Each room is fitted with a seating area, a mini bar, and a balcony. Ironing and laundry facilities are available for a fee.
This hotel offers 3 restaurants with a variety of cuisines for all tastes. All-Inclusive for our campers.
Practice Pool
Campers will be practicing day and night at the Olympic Village in Sharm Al Shaikh, with a 50m and 25m outdoor heated pools and an indoor gym facility.
Camp Price
The price for each swimmer will be 735 JD includes the following:

Practicing twice a day at the Olympic Village 50m Pool and access to the gym building.
